全液压分体式钻机变幅机构的设计及力学分析

摘要:设计了一种煤矿用全液压分体式钻机的新型变幅机构,介绍了其结构及工作原理。为研究变幅机构的动力学性能,建立了钻机调角及正常钻进两种工况下变幅机构的力学模型,采用Matlab仿真分析软件得到两组调角油缸在不同工况下受力状态随主轴倾角及回转器运动轨迹的受力变化曲面,为变幅机构的结构设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:

Abstract:A new type of luffing mechanism of hydraulic split type drilling rig in coal mine is designed, and the structure and working principle are introduced. In order to study the dynamic performance of the Luffing mechanism, established its mechanics model under two conditions of Adjustable Angle and normal drilling drilling rig. Based on MATLAB simulation analysis software to get two sets of adjustable Angle cylinder stress under different working conditions with shaft Angle and stress change of gyrator trajectory surface. Those achievements provide a kind of theoretical basis for the structural design of the luffing mechanism.
